NRETP Incubator Program is a National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) initiative aimed at supporting existing growth-oriented women-owned / women-led rural enterprises in the non-farm sector engaged in manufacturing and services. The objective of the program is to identify the most promising enterprises in this segment and help them scale up, thereby large scale creating socio economic impact. The program is being implemented by IIM Calcutta Innovation Park (IIMCIP) in Assam, Bihar and West Bengal, in association with the respective State Rural Livelihood Missions and 450 rural enterprises will be supported through this program.
A key aspect of this program is partnership with startups / enterprises having innovative solutions which have the potential to create significant impact in the rural enterprise value chain. IIMCIP is requesting application from startups interested in partnering with IIMCIP in scaling up the rural enterprises.

The program is supported by World Bank and the selected partner start-ups/ enterprises will sign a tri-partite agreement with SRLM and IIMCIP to provide services for a minimum period of 4 years

No, you will not be required to submit any documents at this stage. Selected startups / enterprises will be asked to submit necessary documents for verification before the tri-patriate agreement is signed
A partnering organisation will receive equity based funding for a maximum of Rs. 25 lakhs. The amount of funding and the token equity will be decided once the partner selections is done.
No. The partnering organisations will provide services to the rural enterprises mutually at a concessional rate for a period of 4 years
